What is “God Mode” in Windows ?

Note: The beginning “GodMode” text is just a custom name that you can change to whatever you wish to help you identify the folder, but make sure the rest of the name is exactly the same as you see above.


Step 3: Hit Enter. After hitting Enter, It will look like this.

Note: The folder icon will change to a Control Panel icon and anything after your custom folder name will disappear.

That is it. Presently when you open that organizer, you can see around 262 unique settings, including Administrative Tools, Credential Manager, Color Management, and so on. A few varieties exist depending on the off chance that you have a Home or Pro form and diverse equipment.

If you want to delete GodMode folder, you can just delete the folder to get rid of it. However, if you need to remove GodMode on a folder that already had data in it, don’t delete it. In that case, you have to work upon Command Prompt.

Open Command Prompt and write the following command:

ren “GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}” oldfoldername

Hit Enter.

That’s it! You will get back all your data from that folder.
